Desiccant

Desiccant refers to bags composed of small pellets (silica gel or clay) which remove all moisture and humidity from the sealed area surrounding your product during shipping. We sell many different types and sizes of desiccant, and it works best when combined with our Custom-Made Big Barrier Bags.

CiMail film is our line of Polyethylene films (used in manual and high speed polybaggers), which is available in many sizes, and it can even be printed!

Modified Atmosphere Packaging

MAP packaging is a form of packaging in which the air in a package is altered by removing the oxygen and adding a gas in order to increase the shelf life of a product. Our Vacuum Tray Sealers and Vacuum Chambers are capable of MAP packaging.

One Step shrink wrappers

As the name suggests, one step shrink wrappers do it all at once. When you lower the hood, the program begins as the film surrounding your product is sealed, and then heated to shrink tightly to your product. These machines are more compact, and perfect for small to medium sized operations.

Polybagging

Polybagging is the art of sealing your magazine and inserts loosely together with a back seal. The back seal allows for easy opening, and polybagging works with both clear and printed films. It’s also great for many other products than simple magazines.

Shockwatch

Our Shockwatch units protect your package in shipping, by alerting the final receiver if your product has been dropped during shipping. The unit will also warn the shipping company to handle your product with more care.

Shrink wrapping machines

Shrink wrapping machines are available in all shapes and sizes from one-step to fully automatic, and they will always leave your product protected and looking good with a clear layer of shrink film around it.
