The new series of BP 800 monoblock semi-automatic Shirink Wrap Bundlers with the BetaPack (BP) sealing bar are extremely versatile: they can pack various products, such as glass and PET bottles, cans, boxes, trays, jars, cartons of different sizes in a wide range of package configurations.

■ This system allows a simple and accurate control of all current operations, that is:
- storing of 10 different working parameters
- speed adjustment of the shrinkwrapper and tunnel conveyors by means of an Inverter
- Automatic control of the bars height
- Process statistics showing the systems efficiencies
- detection of faulty packs
■ Advantages of the Tunnel Segment:
- Tunnel air flow is adjustable by means of independent deflectors
- Tunnel conveyor is equipped with heat-resistant fibreglass bars (patented) and with an additional central chain which ensures that:
a) the conveyor stiffness grants stability to the products passing through, for a compact and well-shrunk pack
b) the conveyor can bear a product weight up to 30 kilos
c) the conveyor bars never get rusted, as it happens when using traditional metallic conveyors
d) the maintenance is easy and low-cost, thanks to the possibility of replacing just the worn out bars
