When Ben Canary, co-founder of HercuLean Meal Prep, wanted to get in shape, he looked to his older brother Nathan for help. Nathan had competed as a bodybuilder. Ben, who at the time was an accomplished home chef, took Nathan’s bodybuilding diet and gave it his own creative spin. As Ben began to lose weight, friends were asking how Ben was doing it. Ben and Nathan both soon discovered that there was a demand in the market for what they had created.
