SVR TURN ROTARY MAP - Semi-Automatic Vacuum Tray Sealer
The SVR Turn is truly a most remarkable vacuum tray sealing machine. This semi-automatic modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) system is unique in the fact that the tooling where the trays sit rotates into the MAP vacuum/seal area. While one tray is being vacuum packaged the other tray is being removed and replaced with a new tray to be packaged. This process therefore speeds up your production.
As an added benefit, if you are currently using our standard SVR MAP Tray Sealer or our Easy MAP Tray Sealer the tooling is interchangeable. And, if you start with the SVR Turn you can always move the tooling to an Easy MAP Tray Sealer.

While the trays are being vacuumed, gas flushed and sealed in one position, the second position is where the finished product is removed and the new trays to be sealed are placed.<br /><br /><br /><br /> The SVR Turn works with any of the following trays: CPET, PP or APET<br /><br /><br /><br /> Temperature, pressure and time are all adjustable on this system.<br /><br /><br /><br /> An additional benefit of the SVR Turn is the ability to easily change from one tray style to another within minutes.
