MINI 2V - Vacuum Gas Tray Sealer

This Vacuum Gas Tray Sealer is ideal for meals which are made up of a large amount of liquid, sauces, etc.. What is unique about this system is that the filled trays are lowered into the sealing frame and then the trays (CPET, PP, APET) are not moved again until after they have been vacuum, gassed and sealed. This means that there is no chance that the liquid in the meal will contaminate the seal area.

The Mini 2V MAP Tray Sealer is unique in its design. Unlike other tray sealing machines on the market, the Mini 2V MAP sealers will lets you place a filled food tray into the lower tray sealing frame, and then without being moved again, MAP packaged. In other words, the tray remains undisturbed throughout the vacuum, gas purge and sealing process so there is no chance of spillage where liquids are concerned.<br /> <br /> In addition to state-of-the-art MAP packaging technology, the Mini 2V MAP Tray Sealer features a robust structure and intuitive, useful operations. The AISI 304 stainless steel structure is resilient for food-grade use. The motherboard features a digital vacuum meter, letting you set the vacuum level by either percentage or time. The interface also allows gas injection/purge by either percentage or time. In addition, the user can set the sealing temperature/dwell.<br />


Typical Applications

This style of tray sealer is ideal for the packaging of meals with sauces or liquids.
Procedure: 1) The trays are placed into the sealing frame 2) The film is pulled across the tray(s) 3) The head is lowered similar to our other vacuum chambers. There is no drawer to close which means that if there is a sauce or liquid in the tray there is no worry that the liquid will spill onto the seal area. 4) When the proper vacuum and gas level have been reached the seal is completed and the head opens
