SVR - Vacuum Tray Sealer
The SVR is a semi-automatic vacuum/MAP sealing machine for preformed trays in PP, PS, PET, AL, ect.

This short clip shows how the Sealing/Diecut Frame are changed out on a SVM Vacuum Tray Sealer. The change out takes just a couple of minutes at max. However, if the sealing frame is still warm protective gear is required.
This video shows our SVR Basic MAP Tray Sealer with the diecut and auto drawer opening optional features. The cycle time on this particular product (vacuum, gas flush, seal and diecut the excess film) is approximately 11 seconds.
This video shows our SVR Turn MAP Tray Sealer. This particular unit has the automatic trim rewinder and is a faster unit when compared to our SVR Basic. The fact that you are able to remove the finished tray and get your next tray into position speeds up the complete process. There is a minimum amount of wait time for the operator.
