CiMap 2 Tabletop MAP Tray Sealer
A compact tabletop machine for MAP packaging with particular attention to hygiene and safety. The CiMap 2 is fitted with a vacuum sensor for a precise adjustment of vacuum and gas. The machine is extremely user-friendly. The drawer is installed on special guides that grant a smooth and comfortable movement. To change from one tray style to another is very easy and accessible through the front panel.
How big a tray can we use with the CiMap?
The largest tray is our 2227 series trays one up but also do not forget that you can also do the 2171 series trays two at a time.

Set the parameters for the sealing/vacuum/gas process for the trays through the front control panel. Once the parameters have been set all that remains to be done is to put the tray(s) into the drawer and then close the drawer. The process begins and once it is over all that remains to be done is to open the door remove the trays and repeat.
