The SVR Turn is truly a most remarkable vacuum tray sealing machine. This semi-automatic modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) system is unique in the fact that the tooling where the trays sit rotates into the MAP vacuum/seal area. While one tray is being vacuum packaged the other tray is being removed and replaced with a new tray to be packaged. This process therefore speeds up your production.
As an added benefit, if you are currently using our standard SVR MAP Tray Sealer or our Easy MAP Tray Sealer the tooling is interchangeable. And, if you start with the SVR Turn you can always move the tooling to an Easy MAP Tray Sealer.

- Semi automatic vacuum/MAP sealing machine for preformed trays in PP, PE, PS, PET, AL etc. with manual rotary table that allows to load and unload trays while the machine performs the cycle
- Pressure sensor for vacuum and gas
- Teflon coated sealing plate

- 10 storable programs (possibility to set sealing, vacuum, gas)
