Extended Shelf Life Tray Sealers

A compact tabletop machine for MAP packaging with particular attention to hygiene and safety. The CiMap 2 can be precisely adjusted for vacuum and gas percentage. The machine is extremely user-friendly. The drawer is installed on special guides that grant a smooth and comfortable movement. To change from one tray style to another is very easy and accessible through the front panel.

Set the parameters for the sealing/vacuum/gas process for the trays through the front control panel. Once the parameters have been set all that remains to be done is to put the tray(s) into the drawer and then close the drawer. The process begins and once it is over all that remains to be done is to open the door remove the trays and repeat.

The CiMotion is truly a tray sealing system like no other. Do not let its small size fool you. The CiMotion is made in Canada and is designed to seal meal trays and can be placed even in the smallest of facilities. The CiMotion runs on 110V, which adds to its versatility. But the real feature that puts our CiMotion into its' own category is the fact that it has Gas Flush capabilities.

All controls are located at the front of the CiMotion and the touch panel provides easy access to the sealing parameters, take-away food tray selection, and tool change. Our temperature controller individually controls the temperature of each sealing element thus creating the optimal sealing environment.

The real beauty of the CiMotion is the turntable operation. While one meal tray is being sealed another new tray is being loaded onto the turntable which is then rotated into the sealing chamber. This feature allows one operator as close to continuous operation as possible.

Tool changes from one tray style to another are quick and easy. Convenient access from the front allows the operator to make the switch in less than 5 minutes.

The P-SG 420 GF is the optimal table top tray sealing unit for small to medium productions where gas flush packaging is being used to increase the shelf life of your product. The small foot print of the unit allows for it to be placed easily within production facilities and test kitchens.

The unit is built in stainless steel, with a Teflon coated sealing plate.

The SVR Turn is truly a most remarkable vacuum tray sealing machine. This semi-automatic modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) system is unique in the fact that the tooling where the trays sit rotates into the MAP vacuum/seal area. While one tray is being vacuum packaged the other tray is being removed and replaced with a new tray to be packaged. This process therefore speeds up your production.

As an added benefit, if you are currently using our standard SVR MAP Tray Sealer or our Easy MAP Tray Sealer the tooling is interchangeable. And, if you start with the SVR Turn you can always move the tooling to an Easy MAP Tray Sealer.

The EASY model automatic vacuum tray sealer is economical and compact in size. It is designed for medium volume production levels and is simple to use and set up.

Robust, compact, easy to use and economical, the FUTURA is designed for medium levels of production.

Our TSA 826 Automatic Tray Sealer is especially designed for the packing of food products. The high rate of output (achieved by using a 202 cubic metre vacuum pump), easy programming, quick tooling change over and flexibility, explains the popularity of the TSA 826 Automatic Tray Sealer.

To compliment the already versatile nature of the TSA 826 this system comes complete with an eye mark sensor for printed film. Otherwise, with unprinted film the length of the tray is the determining factor for feeding the film.
